The Barista / Café Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light snacks while delivering excellent guest service. This role ensures high-quality beverage standards, maintains cleanliness, and creates a welcoming café experience onboard.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages as per standards
• Serve snacks, pastries, and light food items
• Interact with guests and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and work area
• Handle orders, billing, and cash/card transactions
• Ensure product display and café presentation standards
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when needed

👨‍🍳 Skills & Requirements

• Basic to advanced knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude
• Prior café/coffee shop experience preferred
• Knowledge of espresso machines and grinders is an advantage
