The Buffet Steward is responsible for maintaining buffet stations, ensuring food presentation standards, and assisting guests during buffet service. This role supports smooth operations by keeping the buffet area clean, stocked, and organized while delivering excellent guest service.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and replenish buffet stations with food and service items
• Ensure proper food presentation, temperature, and hygiene standards
• Assist guests with basic service and respond to queries
• Clear used plates and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Monitor food levels and report shortages promptly
• Follow safety and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance)
• Maintain cleanliness before, during, and after service

👨‍🍳 Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene standards
• Good communication and guest interaction skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude
• Physically fit for long hours of standing and movement
• Prior hotel/restaurant experience preferred (freshers may apply)

• Contract duration: 6–9 months (renewable)
