📌 Job Overview
The Demi Chef De Partie supports the Chef De Partie in managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes. This role requires solid culinary skills, the ability to supervise junior staff, and efficiency in a high-volume, fast-paced galley environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assist Chef De Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation consistency
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen assistants
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance)
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients (FIFO)
- Support smooth service during peak hours
👨🍳 Skills & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Leadership ability to manage junior team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High standards of hygiene and discipline

- Contract duration: 6–9 months (renewable)
